Barry Harris is an Associate at the firm. Mr. Harris brings a wealth of medical knowledge from his prior career as a Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner. Mr. Harris offers a unique perspective to clients as he has been on both sides of the table in medical malpractice depositions and can use that experience to assist his clients in their deposition and trial preparation. His practice areas include medical malpractice and health care litigation, general/civil litigation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Harris is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Harris received an undergraduate degree in Speech Communications with an emphasis in pre-law from Northern Arizona University in 1994. He then went on to obtain a Diploma in Nursing. Mr. Harris graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001 and his Master of Science in Nursing in 2002, both from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Harris obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore, cum laude, in 2015.
